In order to play a video file, you need to first write the path of ffplay.exe. After that, put a space and enter -i and then submit the path of Video file under double quotes and press the Enter button to play it. Your command will look like this:

ffplay.exe -i "C:\Users\LISTOFFREEWARE_PROJECT.mp4".

As soon as you submit the command, the video starts playing in the new window.
