MicroDicom
MicroDicom is a free DICOM viewer software which lets you view single and multiple DICOM files. To view multiple DICOM files, select and open a folder containing DICOM files. Right beside the DICOM image viewer, you can view DICOM tags containing the following info: Patient name, Patient ID, DOB, Sex, Age, Weight, Study date/time, File description, etc.
When you open multiple files, you can play slideshow of these files. Slideshow control options are available in the toolbar. Viewing tools let you zoom, fit image to screen, scale, rotate, flip, etc. An angle measurement tool is also available. You can also apply Blur and Morphological filters if you want.
