Print Conductor

Print Conductor is one of the best free batch printing software for Windows. It is free for non-commercial and personal use only.

It lets you bulk print a variety of file formats including DOCX, HTML, XML, XPS, CSV, Image files (DCX, PCX, TGA, SNP, PLT, etc. ), etc. (as per the website). To do so, you can either go with Add Documents or Add Folder option. As files are added to it, you need to select a printer from the list of available printers. Also, it lets you change page size, print orientation (portrait, or landscape), number of copies to print, resolution, etc. by changing printer properties. The available printer properties vary as per selected printer. After setting up all these options, you need to click on Start Printing option to initiate batch printing process. You can even batch print files as PDF.
