Firstly, you need to add users that can be added by specifying respective body profiles. First, you need to create user profiles by specifying information like height, weight, username, goal (weight loss, weight gain, maintain weight), age, etc. After that, from its Planner > Daily Intake section, add meals with quantity to count carbs, calories, and other nutrients (proteins, fats).
