You may do so by adding details of activities or appointments like subject, location, scheduled time, description, category, etc. In addition to that, you can put a reminder for the same. In case you are scheduling an appointment, it provides a Contact feature to add contacts (with name, phone, email, address, etc.) to the schedule. You can export the list of contacts separately as PDF, RTF, HTML, or XLS.
