IrfanView

IrfanView is a very famous image viewer software which can also be used as a JP2 viewer. It is a feature rich viewer where you can zoom in, zoom out, rotate, and view slideshow of images. When you open an image, you can view other images of that folder as well by using the Next and Previous options. It supports a wide variety of image formats including JPEG2000 images.

Along with image viewer tools, you will find image editing tools here as well. These tools let you apply several changes, modifications, effects, and filters to images. XnView is another free JP2 viewer for Windows. Its a feature rich image viewer which lets you view JP2, other JPEG2000 images, and a number of image files.

You can load an image file to view right from the tree directory browser on the interface or access the file browser from the File menu. When you select a folder in Tree Directory, it displays all the images available in that folder. This lets you easily explore the images you want to view. Select an image to view it in a separate tab. The navigation option on the viewer lets you navigate and view other images available in the same folder. A Slideshow option is also available here. View an image in full screen, zoom in, zoom out, rotate, and flip a photo right from the viewer panel.

You can activate Tiled view on this free JP2 viewer software which will let you view multiple JP2 files in a single tab.

The Adjustment option available here lets you make minor image adjustments for Brightness, Contrast, Gamma, Color Balance, Saturation, Hue, Lightness, and Levels.
