AIMP is a free WAV to FLAC converter software for Windows. Though, it is mainly an audio player, it contains an audio converter as an additional feature. Its audio converter is capable of converting various common and uncommon audio formats like FLAC, WAV, OGG, WMA, ATRAC3 audio, etc., into other supported audio formats.
To access its audio converter, you need to go to menu > utilities > audio converter. In its audio converter, you can easily perform batch WAV to FLAC audio conversion.
